  I wish I could give them 0 stars. I got a quote from Bath Fitter and signed the quote thinking it was just a quote. Next thing I was charged a deposit and locked into the full price. When I called to complain I was flat out told because I had signed then I was committed to the work! To make matters worse the installation was poor and the caulking used began to yellow and age very quickly and they did not respond to my inquiries to rectify. Honestly its way less hassle to just get your bathroom glazed and way cheaper too. Wish I had done the full bathroom Reno and avoided bath fitter. The product is way too overpriced as well.
