  I rented out one of their units on 1087 2nd Ave NW in the Kensington neighbourhood of Calgary. What appealed to me right away was how clean and well-kept the unit was. Throughout my stay, the building manager was quick to respond with any issues and complaints. The service was prompt, personal and professional. Would highly recommend renting the place out, especially since they are one of the only rental companies that allow month-to-month.
