  Terrible Experience ! Not only did they make us wait for over an hour while countless customers who came after us got served before us. Once we got our chair home, it was defective and broken. Now they wont even go out of their way to help us, they will simply send a tech in a week or two to see if he can fix it.
  
  I will not only never shop here again, I will make sure that none of my friends or family go here again either........just terrible
