  My wife and I recently purchased our first home with the help of Mike Burton and his team. We first met Mike Abou Daher at an open house and he kindly took our information and our (very picky) home criteria. He was always very kind, patient, prompt and easy to work with. As first time home buyers, he took much of the stress away.
  
  When we made the purchase of our home, my wife and I were shocked to find that the previous owners had left a huge pile of garbage in the parking spaces in the back. We notified Mike A immediately and sent him pictures, he replied right away and told us the garbage that was left was totally unacceptable. He tried to contact the city to take the garbage away, but it was too much for them and they refused. Mike and his team then took the responsibility upon themselves to remove around 12 large bags of garbage, an old ping-pong table, a patio table set, and some other garbage so that my wife and I would be able to get the U-haul in to unload our belongings on the upcoming weekend. They did this proudly and without hesitation.
  
  We are so grateful that we met Mike A and feel that his team went above and beyond throughout every step of our home buying process. We would highly recommend them!
