  I share the same sentiments with many of the other reviewers. Terrible service and poor quality product that looks nothing like the displayed items. We ordered a live edge coffee table and although I understand they vary in how they look, mine looked NOTHING like the one on display in the store. It looked like 4 pieces of totally different wood glued together and the one in store looked like one slab. When I went to return the item (and when I went to purchase and pick it up), no one seemed to want to help me and in fact, they argued over who was going to help me. One guy actually said he was busy watching someone else work! When we went to pick it up initially, they said they would not help us load it into our car. There were 5 people standing around doing nothing. Overstaffed and under serviced. Maybe it's time to let go of a few employees and spend more money on your product quality.
